Downtown Location
Our downtown location is in the newly renovated Spaghetti Works District at Naftzger Park. Naftzger Park offers restaurants, exciting outdoor entertainment opportunities like concerts, movies, pre-arena events and activities for both people and pets. It’s a unique space that creates togetherness for our city’s residents and welcomed visitors. Please note we have two dedicated parking spaces for our customers on the south side of the building.

Tues - Fri: 7am - 6pm
Sat: 8am - 4pm
Cancellation Policy
Beginning October 1st, 2026, our missed appointment policy we be updated.
This applies to last-minute rescheduling, canceled day of appointments and missed appointments without 24 hours notice. The first occurrence will now carry a 50% of the scheduled services fee. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice a continued time, a fee of 100% of scheduled service total will incur. More than 2 missed appointments will now require prepayment for services scheduled.
